Job Title: Creative Content Developer

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, while staying up-to-date on political trends, news, and cultural nuances in India.

This is a short-term contractual role requiring independence, adaptability, and strong written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development: Develop culturally relevant content for various social media platforms, aligning with the political narrative and campaign goals.
  2. Independent Content Management: Drive social media assets independently, taking ownership of content creation, curation, and scheduling across platforms.
  3. Content Enhancement: Ensure high-quality content by editing and refining as needed.
  4. Strategic Messaging: Collaborate with the communication team to develop content effectively communicating political messages, ideologies, and campaign initiatives.
  5. Audience Engagement: Foster active engagement with audiences, understanding their sentiments, and tailoring content to resonate with their perspectives.
  6. Multimedia Production: Utilize multimedia elements such as graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance visual appeal and impact.
  7. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on political trends, news, and cultural nuances, incorporating insights into the content strategy.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of content across channels.
