Workday Expert

We are seeking an experienced Workday expert to join our team. As a Workday consultant, you will be responsible for delivering solutions for at least one of the following modules: Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements from clients and translate them into functional specifications for the Workday solution.
  • Develop and implement complex Workday configurations to meet client needs.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure the solution meets client expectations.
  • Provide training and support to clients on using the Workday solution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday implementation and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach.
  • Experience with data migration and reporting concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
