Job Overview:

Lead AI Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to lead our GenAI platform development. The ideal candidate will design and implement cost-efficient architecture that aligns with our overall vision, while providing strong leadership, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities to manage and support a team of engineers.

This role requires the ability to architect and scale AI Agent platforms, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

About This Role:
  • Design and implement AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Develop conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Scale services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of our GenAI platform.
  • Designing and implementing cost-efficient architecture.
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
  • Ensuring high-quality results through regular code reviews.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
