Job Opportunity:
We're seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Video Content Producer.
About the Role:
This role involves developing and executing video content strategies that drive engagement and growth on YouTube.
You will work closely with writers, editors, designers, and the strategy team to create high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop original video ideas that align with our brand's niche and audience.
- Write compelling scripts that balance storytelling, education, and entertainment.
- Oversee the production process from ideation to execution, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality video delivery.
- Research and analyze YouTube metrics and retention analytics to inform future content decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Notion.
