Job Title: Senior UI Developer (React)

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned front-end professional with deep expertise in React.js and modern web technologies to lead web interface development. You'll be responsible for converting Figma designs into clean, responsive React components while adhering to design standards and performance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build high-quality, reusable React.js components.
  • Translate Figma or design mockups into responsive and pixel-perfect front-end code.
  • Implement modern CSS practices using tools like SCSS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled-components.
  • Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Optimize UI performance and implement best practices for scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers.
  • Contribute to UI standards, component libraries, and design systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
  • Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong experience in converting Figma designs into production-ready code.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, CSS architecture, and component-based development.
  • Experience with CSS frameworks and CSS-in-JS solutions.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and integrating with Rails-based backends.
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library.
  • Good understanding of Git workflows and Agile development processes.
