Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Design Director to lead our design team in creating innovative and sustainable architecture solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs, master plans, and layouts for ongoing and new projects.
  • Create engaging conceptual images and graphics to communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate quantities and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on established design standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure project execution meets quality and timeline expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of design strategies, including architecture, interior design, and landscape design principles, and apply this expertise to drive project success.
  • Present project concepts to clients and government authorities, clearly communicating the value proposition of each project.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
  • At least 10 years of experience in architecture and landscape projects.
  • In-depth understanding of civil drawings, electrical layouts, and horticulture/landscape planning.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Vray/Lumion/Enscape, and other design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of estimation methods, BOQ preparation, and adherence to government standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and project stakeholders.
