We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of sales representatives in our Inside Sales division.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

The Team Leader will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and mentoring the team to meet individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidates must have experience in B2C tele sales-Outbound process
  • Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
