Job Title: Unified Communications Developer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive developer to join our team.

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable systems to support organizational needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, call quality, and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills along with ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Estimating the effort required to develop and implement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies & best practices in communications domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecommunications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Voice / Unified Communications engineering with experience in real-time systems.
  • Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, SDP, and other protocols.
  • Strong programming skills in either C or Golang is essential.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving voice-related issues.
  • Hands-on experience with both Enterprise and Open Source solutions.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, and QoS.
  • Extensive experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with speech recognition technologies, real-time voice streaming, or AI.
  • Background in backend programming.
