Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Curate and manage diverse content buckets, ensuring a mix of educational, promotional, UGC, and engaging content.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work with graphic designers and video editors to bring creative visions to life.
  • Social Media Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

In this role, you will also be responsible for planning and executing behind-the-scenes content, product demonstrations, and interactive videos to boost engagement. You will work with photographers, influencers, and in-house teams to create a strong visual narrative.

Additional Requirements
  • Strong Understanding of Social Platforms: Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to shoot, edit, and create short-form video content (basic video editing skills preferred).
  • Experience with Influencer Campaigns: Experience in running influencer campaigns, partnerships, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Analytics: Knowledge of social media analytics, engagement strategies, and content optimization.
