Job Title: Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in internal and external communications, with exceptional written and verbal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To deploy effective corporate and external communication strategies that includes internal & external communication on social media.
  • To manage internal communications (emails, ppts, newsletters etc.) through collaboration with the comms and biz teams
  • Research, write or vet content and design for emails, newsletters, org website, infographics, social media, etc (all internal & external communication channels) to provide exceptional output and meet deadlines.
  • Plan and initiate communication initiatives for org events
  • Maintain knowledge of the companies policies, brand guidelines, style guide, and keep up to date with relevant developments.
  • Work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the organizational goals
  • Assist in communication from leadership
  • Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes
  • Proactively measure performance of communication strategies
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven 4+ or 8+ years' experience as communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations
  • Experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) [essential]
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams.
  • Works well under pressure and meets timelines.
  • BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field
