We are looking for an Axway API Gateway and Service Support Professional to join our team at Sopra Steria. As an expert in Axway APIM module service support, you will be responsible for supporting global customers on the Axway APIM suite.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Unix and Linux administration, as well as experience working with web services, SOAP, and REST. They should also have a solid understanding of network fundamentals and related troubleshooting, including communication protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, MQ, JMS, etc.

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should be autonomous in one programming language/scripting and have a good understanding of SQL. They should also have production support experience and be able to work independently as part of a larger team.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing expert-level support for global customers on the Axway APIM suite
  • Supporting integration and API management platforms
  • Working with Unix and Linux administration
  • Understanding web services, SOAP, and REST
  • Having a solid understanding of network fundamentals and related troubleshooting
