Advanced Excel Training Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Excel Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs and ensuring students achieve standard outcomes.

The successful candidate should have a graduate or post-graduate degree and relevant experience of at least one year in a faculty or trainer role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training on advanced Excel topics
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of basic hardware and software, including computer peripherals, operating systems, and application software
  • Familiarity with internet applications, such as web browsing, email creation, and online shopping
  • Understanding of cloud storage solutions, including Google Drive and OneDrive
  • Experience with online meeting tools, such as WebEx and Skype
  • Proficiency in remote desktop tools, including TeamViewer, Any desk, and Ammyy
  • Advanced Excel skills, including cell referencing, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, and functions, data validation, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree
  • Relevant experience of at least 1 year in a faculty or trainer role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students
  • Possession of good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development
  • Liking for teaching as a career
