Job Opportunity: Excel Data Analyst

Seeking an experienced professional with expertise in data analysis and advanced Excel skills to provide top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and create insightful reports using advanced Excel functions and tools.
  • Develop sophisticated charts, pivot tables, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate complex information effectively with customers, demonstrating active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel Expertise: Strong knowledge of formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Pivot Tables, Charts, and text manipulation.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on research and prior experience.
  • Proactive in follow-ups, escalations, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
