Financial Manager & Revenue Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager & Revenue Accountant to oversee our company's financial management and revenue accounting processes.

About the Role:

  • Financial Management: Ensure timely and accurate accounting of daily revenue and receipts, review daily collection reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Petty Cash Management: Oversight of branch-wise petty cash management and enforcement of policy compliance.
  • Collections: Coordinate with branches to resolve operational issues in revenue, collections, and petty cash.
  • MIS Reports: Prepare monthly MIS reports on revenue, collections, and receivables.
  • Receivable Ageing: Monitor receivable ageing and follow up on outstanding dues & TDS receivables.
  • Month-End Closing: Support month-end closing by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and reports.
  • Audits: Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors during audits.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in Revenue & Accounts Receivable and month-end book closure.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of revenue accounting, reconciliation, and accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
  • Personality: Strong communication and coordination skills, analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure-to-Pay Function: Lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • KPIs and Dashboards: Prepare and monitor KPIs for payable team, informative dashboards, and MIS reports for management.
  • Process Simplification: Drive process simplification and automation initiatives.
  • Vendor Payments: Ensure timely accounting of all payables and related transactions.
  • Payable Compliance: Ensure payable compliance with respect of TDS, TCS, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
