Role Overview

Squint Metrics is seeking a skilled Unreal Engine Architectural Modeler to join our innovative team.

This full-time, hybrid position combines creativity and technical proficiency in architectural modeling and visualization.

You will work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of architectural visualization using Unreal Engine.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate 3D Unreal Architecture Designer with expertise in architectural modeling and visualization.

This role requires creating highly detailed architectural models, realistic textures, and stunning lighting setups for real-time rendering in Unreal Engine.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop, as well as expertise in full texturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create low-poly, architecturally accurate 3D models based on design specifications.
  2. Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting setups to bring designs to life.
  3. Optimize models for real-time performance in Unreal Engine.
  4. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  5. Continuously refine models based on feedback to achieve exceptional visual quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years in architectural visualization with a portfolio showcasing realistic 3D models, lighting, and textures.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including real-time rendering workflows and advanced skills in lighting and texturing.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and environmental design principles.
  • Familiarity with game-ready/low-poly asset development.
