Job Title: Creative Visual Strategist

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand their business objectives and design requirements.
  • Develop creative concepts that meet the needs of our clients and their target audiences.
  • Design and develop high-quality visual elements, including graphics, logos, and typography, using your knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and layout principles.
  • Work closely with a team of designers, printers, copywriters, photographers, and other specialists to deliver innovative designs and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising, including AI tools like Midjourney and FireFly.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Experience with AI integration in design work and knowledge of software like After Effects, Character Animator, and Premier Pro.
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills.
