CNC Machinist and Trainer

We are seeking a skilled professional to train freshers in our production team as a CNC Swiss Machinist. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining high-tech CNC Swiss machines while ensuring superior quality output that meets exacting standards.

This position involves hands-on training and guidance of new employees on complex CNC machinery, adhering to stringent medical device regulations. To excel in this role, you must be an experienced machinist with expertise in programming, setup, and operation of CNC Swiss machines.

Prior experience in a similar capacity or involvement in production planning would be beneficial. As the ideal candidate, you will possess excellent technical knowledge and soft skills to educate new staff effectively.

Maintaining and optimizing equipment performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions are also key responsibilities of the CNC Machinist Trainer.
