Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to enhance the user experience.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide design decisions.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Wireframe & Prototyping:
    • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly interfaces.
  • UI Design & Implementation:
    • Design pixel-perfect UI components ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility.
    • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
    • Optimize UI performance for fast loading, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.
  • Design Systems & Branding:
    • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
    • Ensure branding consistency across all digital platforms.
  • User Testing & Continuous Improvement:
    • Conduct A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and usability tests to refine designs.
    • Gather user feedback to continuously enhance the experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding for UI implementation).
  • Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first applications.
  • Proficiency in Material Design, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or other UI frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and usability principles.
  • Experience in usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion design (Framer Motion, Lottie, GSAP, or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
  • Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience with AI-driven UI enhancements or gamification design.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Graphic Design, or related fields.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
