We are seeking a highly skilled video content creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging video content strategies that drive results.

About the Job

  1. Create innovative and compelling video concepts tailored to our brand's niche and audience.
  2. Develop well-researched scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  3. Lead the end-to-end video production process from ideation to execution, including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  4. Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
  5. Write informative titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to optimize YouTube performance.
  6. Track video metrics and retention analytics, making data-driven decisions to improve future content.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills, with a focus on creativity and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  • Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.
