Job Title:

Job Description:
As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems. Your expertise in power conversion design and manufacturing will be essential in driving the development of new product lines and improving production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, creating timelines and cost projections
* Coordinate and manage various engineering functions and operations, including quality assurance, testing, production, and research and development
* Facilitate communication among clients, customers, and engineers to ensure specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood
* Review work and projects for technical accuracy and negotiate contracts with outside vendors
* Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices and apply this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* 10 years of relevant experience in power electronics design and development
* Strong knowledge of power conversion design and manufacturing
* Good exposure of engineering theory and design criteria related to power conversion
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills
* Thorough understanding of applied maths and physics
* Experience on handling multiple projects independently and guiding team members as needed
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
