Product Designer and Merchandiser of Fashion Accessories

We are a manufacturer and exporter of high-quality fashion accessories with expertise in working with clients globally. Our vision is to be a one-stop export house for brands worldwide by having a strong in-house design and production team.

The Product Designer and Merchandiser of fashion accessories will oversee the development of products that meet customer demands while collaborating closely with our sample department. This role requires a deep understanding of various materials, including leather, PU, cotton canvas, textiles, nylon, raffia, hemp fibre, and straw.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing products based on market trends and customer requirements
  • Supervising product development in collaboration with the sample department
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, sourcing, marketing, pattern masters, and sample makers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, design, or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product merchandising and designing of fashion accessories in an export house
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
