As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include designing, building, and deploying campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app messaging.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Create and manage campaign workflows, including targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Set up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with proper audience targeting rules and testing scenarios.

Segmentation & Targeting

  • Use data model and query capabilities (SQL) to create customer segments.
  • Leverage behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to build targeted lists.
  • Manage suppression, seed lists, and ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out rules.

Personalization & Templates

  • Configure personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates.
  • Work with creative teams to build responsive, personalized email templates.

Campaign Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance, including delivery, open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide insights for optimization.
  • Generate campaign reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with data, analytics, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Work with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical campaign setups.

The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign campaign execution and management. They should possess strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, and GDPR regulations. Experience with SQL and JavaScript is also required for segmentation and audience building.

Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration and campaign automation is essential. Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting and campaign optimization are also necessary. The ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams is crucial. Excellent communication and project management skills are also required.
