Lead AI Developer - Next-Generation Models

We are seeking a talented Lead AI Developer to play a key role in the development of next-generation AI models. As part of our team, you will work on cutting-edge projects that directly influence how these models are trained, evaluated, and refined.

This opportunity focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development. You will be responsible for developing efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines, generating and refining datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and contributing to Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) workflows.

You will run Evals to measure and compare model performance, assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback, and partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment. Additionally, you will maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.
  • Open to all levels of experience — from motivated juniors to seasoned professionals.
