As a vital member of our global community, you will be responsible for delivering 24/7 on-call support for mission-critical push-to-talk communications solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues in cloud-based SaaS environments.
- Debug and resolve application and infrastructure problems.
- Deploy advanced Push-To-Talk applications and configure networks.
- Monitor network and application performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Strong knowledge of basic Networking Protocols.
- Expertise in Linux and Unix Administration.
- Proficiency in web-based application debugging.
- Familiarity with Docker and Azure Basics.
- Understanding of Virtualized Environments.
