Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Build AI Systems: Develop end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment).
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work alongside product managers, designers, and creators to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming background and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks and knowledge of data engineering & databases.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment, including cloud storage and vector DBs.
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset—comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
