Fitness Wellness Specialist

As a Pilates instructor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients while promoting the benefits of Pilates and overall general health benefits of exercise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching group and private Pilates classes to clients of various fitness levels;
- Designing and leading workshops and special events to promote Pilates and overall wellness;
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and adjusting instruction accordingly;
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Pilates instruction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in Pilates instruction, including knowledge of classical Pilates principles and modern adaptations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels;
- The ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to teaching Pilates;
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the field of Pilates instruction.
