Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) processes, including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Order Promising for ATO, MTS & MTO production strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Demand Management processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
  • Collect data from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support Supply Planning processes like Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  • Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end planning integrated business cycles, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, and supply/demand reconciliation issues.
  • Execute quarterly patching testing and validations to maintain system stability.
  • Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to Demand Management Processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
  • Perform initial assessments of issues with data collection from Fusion, internal, and external systems.
  • Triage failures and route to appropriate support teams or on-calls, minimizing downtime.
  • Document and categorize Supply Planning processes like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  • Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports.
  • Monitor and coordinate support for end-to-end planning integrated business cycles.
  • Manage incident tickets related to supporting end-to-end Oracle SCP.
  • Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Demand, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies, including Demand Management and Supply Planning.
  • Proficiency in data collections and integration between systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Knowledge of MRP and planning processes, including constraints and variables.
  • Experience with REST APIs and BIP reporting, utilizing data analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Good understanding of integrated planning business cycles, including workflows and dependencies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to manage quarterly patch testing processes, ensuring system stability and security.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Technical aptitude with data models, BIP, and system integration (REST APIs, etc.), ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with capacity to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
