Proposal Manager

We are seeking a seasoned bid management professional to craft compelling proposals for U.S. federal government IT projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of winning bids for IT-focused contracts, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather project needs, develop win themes, and write persuasive proposal sections.
  • Utilize project management tools to manage proposal schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely submissions for IT-focused bids.
  • Write, edit, and review proposal content for IT solutions, guaranteeing clarity, persuasiveness, and adherence to FAR, DFARS, and IT-specific regulations.
  • Coordinate proposal reviews and maintain matrices for IT-focused content libraries.
  • Stay current with federal acquisition regulations, IT industry trends, and agency-specific IT requirements to enhance proposal strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in bid management for U.S. federal IT projects, particularly with agencies like DoD, DOE, or HHS.
