Travel Expense Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Expense Consultant to implement and support travel expense and invoice processes for global clients.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes.
  • Configure workflow rules, audit controls, and reporting in the expense system.
  • Support integration activities between the expense system and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop configuration strategies for travel expense and invoice modules.
  2. Implement workflows, approval processes, and notification settings.
  3. Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using APIs or integration tools.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with expense management systems.
  • Strong configuration and administration skills across modules.
  • Good understanding of integration approaches using APIs or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of travel and expense policies, finance operations, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
  • Certifications or formal training in expense management is preferred.
