Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead our CRM solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in campaign management, marketing automation, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of our CRM system across various countries, ensuring timely deployment and effective implementation
- Develop personalized offers for different customer segments to drive activation and incremental revenue
- Design and execute end-to-end campaign management strategies, selecting optimal segmentation approaches to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign performance using attribution models, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate the delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels
- Create and execute App engagement and retention strategies across various countries, measuring impact and optimizing plans
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business objectives and develop strategic communication plans
- Analyze data to mine insights and drive business growth through informed decision-making
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in CRM, campaign management, marketing automation, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with campaign management tools such as IBM Unica, Adobe Campaign, or Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation systems and ability to work directly with them
- MBA in Marketing or related field, along with a degree in B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (IT)/BCA
