Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise project-based invoices on time with accurate tax compliance.
  • Ensure collections happen as per payment terms.
  • Manage customer account reconciliations & resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle follow-ups and escalations for payments.
  • Process vendor bills, verify accuracy & manage payment cycles.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve disputes.
  • Manage statutory payments like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc., on time.
  • Track outstanding payables & manage cash flow.
  • Prepare & file GSTR1, GSTR3B, TDS returns, and Income Tax filings.
  • Handle foreign remittances (Form 15CA & 15CB).
  • Manage LCs (Letters of Credit) & import payments.
  • Assist in audits, prepare schedules & coordinate with auditors.
  • Maintain AR/AP aging reports, payment schedules, and cash flow trackers.
  • Conduct expense variance analysis to control costs.
  • Use ERP & Excel to track, reconcile & report.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant Qualification is Mandatory.
  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in AR, AP, GST, TDS, and compliance.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, reconciliations).
  • Experience working on ERP systems (Zoho, Tally, SAP, etc.).
  • Ability to hustle, take ownership, and get things done.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
