As a Senior Project Architect, you will be part of the founding leadership team of a global Top 100 architecture firm's first India studio.

The role offers the opportunity to drive and manage the technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects, ensuring they meet international standards. You will take ownership of project oversight, organization, and client coordination, while working collaboratively with global colleagues.

Key responsibilities include acting as the architectural lead on projects, maintaining day-to-day client contact, and leading the design team and client meetings. You will also be responsible for creating and updating project-related financials and resourcing data in the company's internal project management software.

Additionally, you will maintain the Project Quality Control System, monitor financial performance, and report back to the account manager or responsible associate. This is a well-placed role to drive India+Global project delivery excellence, collaborating closely with global colleagues.

  • Location: Mumbai

This role requires strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance. You will need excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) and the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues. As a passport holder, you must be available for training and travel to UK/Europe as required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline), be registered as an Architect in India, and have 8–12 years of architectural experience with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages. Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is essential, as is experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
