Digital Media Solutions (DMS) collaborates with 150+ worldwide accounts, aiming to communicate complex scientific concepts through engaging visuals and content.

As a Medical Illustrator, you will create accurate, informative, and visually appealing medical illustrations, collaborating closely with writers and clients to ensure artwork accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality 2D and 3D medical illustrations, anatomical drawings, and journal cover visuals.
  • Collaborate with writers and clients to translate technical information into impactful visual representations.
  • Verify accuracy and consistency in representing medical and scientific concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design excellence.
  • Provide creative input to enhance overall project output.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Medical Illustrator or related role in scientific/medical visualization.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Medical Illustration, Biomedical Visualization, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing anatomical, surgical, and scientific illustrations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with 3D illustration tools like Blender or Cinema4D is advantageous.
  • Ability to understand and accurately depict anatomy, physiology, and medical concepts in visual form.
