Job Description:

The primary role of a Process Trainer is to provide comprehensive training to new hires and existing staff members. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training batches, ensuring that all trainees receive the necessary support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and remote training sessions on various processes.
  • Manage training batches and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents on process, quality, and best practices.
  • Conduct performance assessments of trainees during tests.
  • Maintain database management systems and generate daily reports.
  • Implement motivating strategies to enhance associate engagement and career development.
  • Process transactions as defined by the process.
  • Undergo TTT certification and stay up-to-date with new products and training phases.
  • Perform TNI on audit findings and conduct refresher sessions.
  • Analyze data critically to maintain track records of performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as this is a client-facing position.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shifts.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Mortgages.
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Creativity in designing academies and creating newsletters.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong feedback and coaching skills.
  • Good rapport-building skills and being extremely methodical and organized.
  • Specific experience with cryptocurrency products as a user and/or experience working in the digital currency industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Selection Criteria:

  • Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E.
  • Indian citizenship or ability to work in India.
  • Above the age of 18 Years.
