Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to fill this critical role.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing AI models, implementing AI models, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), data preprocessing and analysis, collaborating with other teams, testing and deploying AI models, monitoring and optimizing AI models, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI models: Create architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI.
  • Implement AI models: Build and integrate AI models into existing systems and applications.
  • Work with LLMs and other AI technologies: Use tools and techniques like LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering.
  • Data preprocessing and analysis: Prepare data for use in AI models.
  • Collaborate with other teams: Work with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Test and deploy AI models: Evaluate model performance and deploy them to production environments.
  • Monitor and optimize AI models: Track model performance, identify issues, and optimize models for better results.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python: Python is the preferred language for AI development.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs: Understand the principles behind these technologies and how to use them effectively.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases: Understand how to build and use retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries: Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, and open-source libraries.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization: Optimize prompts and manage tokenization.
  • Experience in integrating and fine-tuning AI models: Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure): Help with deploying and managing AI models.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices: Help with building and deploying AI models in a scalable and reliable manner.
  • Experience with DevOps practices: Automate the development and deployment of AI models.
