As a Creative Visionary, you will be responsible for leading the visual communication and design efforts of our organization. Your creative direction will set the tone for our brand's visual identity and guide campaign communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content that meets brand objectives.

This role involves interpreting creative briefs, understanding brand requirements, and designing concepts from start to finish. You will apply design thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce creative content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions, including digital, print, motion, and design.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Love for pop-culture and advertising/marketing.

Experience: Up to 2 years' of digital design and advertising experience required.
