Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a highly skilled Data Analyst, you will be working on core product metrics that drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for our ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Designing and running experiments to inform product decisions.
  • Developing data-driven solutions to improve matching and scoring.
  • Instrumenting events with engineers to enhance data quality and latency.

You will thrive in this role if you have strong fundamentals in statistics, SQL, and Python, and are able to iterate quickly and communicate complex ideas clearly. A strong understanding of causal thinking and experiment design is also essential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, and leadership.
