CSG is seeking a highly skilled Billing Analyst Sr. to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure customer billing schedules and procedures, process and analyze data, generate invoices and billing reports for Managed Service Customers, and coordinate monthly activities with internal and external teams.
- Provide direct support to Managed Service customers via phone and email to address billing or application questions and issues.
- As the first point of escalation for production incidents, the Billing Analyst Sr. must possess strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- May be responsible for overseeing the production activities of other Billing Analysts when assigned.
- Requires 5-8 years of experience in Telecom Billing Operations.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
