Job Description

As an Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting data governance processes and facilitating analytics solutions. You will collaborate with peers to integrate data from various sources, cleanse data, and maintain documentation.

  • Governance & Compliance: Support data compliance and environment governance processes for assigned domains.
  • Data Integration & Cleansing: Collaborate with peers to integrate data and cleanse data for report accuracy.
  • Analytics Projects: Support analytics projects to produce insights for business decision-making.
  • Standards & Guidelines: Support establishing and enforcing guidelines and standards for data collection and processes.
  • Data Ingestion: Support project work to ingest key data into the data lake.
  • Stakeholder Assistance: Assist stakeholders and business teams in finding necessary data.
  • Training & Communication: Coach business users in developing analytics ecosystem capabilities.

Data Analytics & Visualization:

  • Design interactive dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Create and optimize data models for visualization needs.
  • Implement statistical models to analyze business data.

ETL & Data Management:

  • Design ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
  • Work with relational databases and SQL queries.

Application Development & Automation:

  • Develop applications and process automation using Power Apps.
  • Integrate Power Apps with Power BI and enterprise systems.

Team Leadership & Project Management:

  • Lead a team of data analysts and engineers.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Advanced Analytics & Platform Expertise:

  • Leverage Databricks and PySpark for advanced analytics.
  • Utilize machine learning models to solve complex problems.

6-8 years of relevant work experience required.

Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical models.
    • Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL.
    • Knowledge or experience in Mendix platforms.
    • Experience in designing and maintaining ETL processes.
    • Knowledge in Databricks and PySpark for data analytics.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proven ability to lead a team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
