Key Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing litigation cases, reviewing affidavits and providing inputs to counsel to aid in drafting written submissions.

Litigation Management:

  • Briefing senior counsels on legal cases, including disputes over Cane Command areas, Electricity matters, and cheque bounce cases.
  • Maintaining an updated litigation database and ensuring that the Litigation Management tool is up to date.

Labour and Employment Matters:

  • Assisting the HR department in managing labour related matters.
  • Handling grievances and arbitration related to employment.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English is essential, with Kannada and Telugu desirable due to extensive interactions with local courts and regulatory authorities.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Representing the company in labour courts, industrial tribunals, and conciliation proceedings.
  • Maintaining records of legal cases, court proceedings, and compliance reports.

This role requires strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
