Job Description

The role involves working as a senior advanced embedded engineer within a global team that designs, develops and integrates complex software functions.

Main objectives include developing, testing and integrating robust well-documented embedded software at both high and low levels that interacts directly with hardware.

You will be required to demonstrate thought leadership in embedded software architecture, design and development in line with industry standards.

Mentor junior members in the team and be seen as a problem solver.

Collaborate/actively network with stakeholders for new technologies/ideas incubation/information.

Perform competitive intelligence and IP analysis. Motivate functional teams in IP creation for products in the field of expertise.

Provide technical support for products - field investigation, application support and factory support.

Actively contribute to business growth and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA - Computer Science/Electronics Engineering with 10+ Years of experience
  • Good in-depth technical knowledge of C, C++, and exposure to firmware language programming.
  • Knowledge of embedded software development
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (DO-178C preferred)
  • Capable in Requirement development (High Level SW, Low Level SW Requirements)
  • Capable in oral and written communications
  • Possess technical knowledge about I/O interfaces like Ethernet, A429 , RS-232 , A615A Data loading
  • Possess Analytical and debugging skills on Real target hardware, hands-on experience is an advantage.
