AML Associate Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AML Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating clients' Know Your Customer (KYC) and suitability information by researching internal sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update clients' KYC and suitability information by researching internal sources.
  • If information is not available, reach out to advisors through email.
  • Good understanding of operations processing.
  • Understanding of financial products.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize deliverables.
  • Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.
  • Good email writing skills required.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Ability to handle work pressure.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Open to learning and feedback.
  • Good understanding of operations processing.
  • Understanding of financial products.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize deliverables.
  • Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.
  • Good email writing skills required.
  • Good understanding of KYC documentation.
