We're seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development and WordPress expertise.

The role involves working on custom WordPress engines, developing and maintaining themes, plugins, and internal tools.

You'll be responsible for building advanced Gutenberg blocks using hooks, APIs, and custom theme logic.

Ongoing tasks include optimizing database queries and code execution, integrating with REST APIs, and managing complex integrations/microservices.

You'll work daily in Docker/Podman environments (WP-CLI, container operations, Linux commands).

A strong understanding of PHP, WordPress ecosystem, SQL, REST APIs, microservice integration patterns, React, Docker/Podman workflows, and Linux environments is essential.

Key skills include mastery of performance optimization, profiling, measuring, and minimizing waste.

Required Skills
  • Mastery of PHP and the WordPress ecosystem, including hooks, APIs, plugins, themes, and Gutenberg.
  • Strong SQL skills with proven experience optimizing queries for performance.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice integration patterns.
  • React experience, especially for Gutenberg block development.
  • Comfortable with Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments (WP-CLI, file manipulation, container ops).
  • A performance-minded developer: profiling, measuring, and optimizing code execution.
  • MacOS or Linux development environment (mandatory).
  • Good command of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6).
  • Experience working closely with designers and front-end integrators.
  • Awareness of accessibility and Core Web Vitals best practices.
