Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
  • Execute a variety of tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, both manually and using automated tools (web and mobile applications).
  • Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution using a bug-tracking system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand product requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
    • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, and Playwright).
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for test automation.
    • Test and validate AI/ML models and workflows for accuracy and reliability.
    • Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6).
    • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
    • Familiarity with browser testing tools like Browser Stack or Sauce Labs.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
