Software Quality Assurance Professional

 

About the Role:

Quality is paramount in software development. We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Software Quality Assurance Professional to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and prioritize software quality requirements.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all aspects of software functionality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Identify and report defects, working closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, providing actionable insights to drive process improvements and optimize software quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, including test plans, execution, and results.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with automated testing tools, like Selenium or Appium.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, like Git.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
