Sales Position Description

This is a full-time on-site sales role for an experienced General Manager of Sales and Marketing at a Commercial vehicle Dealership located in the region. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dealership, managing sales teams, implementing strategies to improve sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, sales experience, and a proven track record of managing sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in automotive sales or management* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills* Experience in finance, budgeting, and sales performance analysis* Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and best practices* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales teams
