Job Description

The role will be responsible for driving and owning the entire project life cycle from design, construction, and project costs. The incumbent will support the head of operations in running the project operations on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and Implementation of a Business Strategy
  • Build and lead strategy and execution across design, pre-construction, construction, project management and procurement
  • Handle escalations and remove project roadblocks by weighing key stakeholder inputs
  • Work with the Head of Operations to identify initiatives/tasks of strategic importance and operational improvement that need to be pursued
Requirements:
  1. Analyze monthly Project accounts and identify and control variances
  2. Take appropriate action to ensure adherence to expense budgets
  3. Continually seek new ways to improve financial efficiency
  4. Proactively seek to identify and manage risk
Person Specifications:
  • A proven leader who can get the design and constructions team together
  • Candidate should be comfortable to dive into project details with the team, and zooming out to design processes and systems that will help the business to scale up
  • Should have worked in fast-paced organizations
