About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our Learning Hub in Hubballi, Kochi, and Pondicherry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a positive working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading teams, managing daily operations, and overseeing financial performance. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual compensation of ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,00,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and oversee a dedicated team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving growth and development.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the centre's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations, financial performance, and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, ensuring high standards are maintained and areas for improvement are addressed.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage health, safety, and security risks effectively.
