The Project PMO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Reporting to the Project/Program Manager, this position is responsible for providing operational support and expertise to facilitate project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely financial reporting on budget, milestones, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and timesheets.
  • Supporting planning activities, including updating the project plan, onboarding/offboarding project team members, facilitating meetings, and minute-taking.
  • Tracking and monitoring project deliverables, acceptance certificates sign-off, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Collaborating with customer PMO organizations and interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
