We're seeking a skilled Active Apparel Innovation Specialist to join our team As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative sportswear designs that align with our brand aesthetics and market trends.

  • Create cutting-edge sportswear designs, including apparel and accessories that meet performance, fit, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Develop technical specifications, sketches, and prototypes for new products in collaboration with our product development team.
Trend Research and Analysis:

You will conduct market research to identify emerging trends, materials, and technologies in sportswear. Analyze competitor products and consumer preferences to inform design decisions. Stay updated on advancements in fabric technology, sustainable materials, and production techniques.

  • Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories that enhance the performance, durability, and style of the products.
  • Work with suppliers to source high-quality, innovative materials that meet design and functional requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure alignment on design vision and product goals. Present design concepts and collections to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with manufacturers to ensure accurate production and quality control.
  • Oversee sample development, fittings, and revisions to ensure that the final product meets design intent.
Technical Design Skills:

You will develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for each design. Ensure that all designs meet the brand's fit, function, and performance standards. Possess strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as experience in CLO 3D and V Stitcher.
